DELIVERY AND RETURNS

Delivery

Orders are generally processed within 24-48 hours after receipt.

Customers may choose to have our logistics partners deliver the items, or they may independently arrange for collection from our manufacturers and suppliers at their own cost. We offer free deliveries to main centers (Johannesburg, Pretoria, Durban, Cape Town, Port Elizabeth, East London, Nelspruit, and George). For deliveries outside of these main centers, a R250 surcharge will apply. For deliveries to areas outside the country, delivery charges will be calculated according to purchase quantity.

For in-stock items, customers will be contacted by our logistics team to arrange a mutually convenient delivery or collection date. Delivery for in-stock items takes 5 to 7 working days from the clearance of bank payment.

For out-of-stock items, depending on our production and shipping timeline, delivery may take up to 4 weeks. Please check our system timeline at the point of order placement. Any exceptions to the specified delivery time will be communicated, and you will be notified of any delays.

Please note that deliveries are outsourced to third-party logistics companies and do not include unpacking or assembly of the legs.

Cancellations / 30-Day Returns Policy

We offer a 30-day full product money-back/exchange guarantee. Delivery fees are not reimbursed, and items must be returned to our warehouse in Cape Town within the 30-day period. Items must be returned in their original Dream Furnishes branded packaging and in the same brand-new condition in which they were delivered. A minimum charge of 10% will be levied for any returns not in the original packaging or with damaged packaging.

We can arrange for our logistics partner to collect the return on your behalf, with the transport cost being your responsibility.

Quality inspections will be carried out at our Cape Town warehouse prior to refunds being processed.

This 30-day exchange/return policy does not apply to custom ‘Make Me’ products, as these are manufactured specifically for you and therefore cannot be resold.

Sale Items: No returns, refunds, or exchanges are accepted on sale items once the goods have been received in good order. Please note that sale items include showroom floor stock.
