  • Return Policy: You have 30 days from the date of receipt to request a return. However, refunds are only eligible for items returned within 10 days of receipt.

  • Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging. It must also include the receipt or proof of purchase.

  • Initiating a Return: Contact us at [email protected] to initiate a return. We’ll provide you with a return shipping label and instructions.

  • Damaged or Incorrect Items: Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item.

  • Non-Returnable Items: Custom items and products from our Design Your Own range cannot be returned or exchanged. Sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable.

  • Exchanges: The quickest way to exchange an item is to return the original item and place a new order separately.

  • Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for the refund to reflect in your account due to processing times by your bank or credit card company.
